We do not offer our services for nothing, but fair prices are important to us. Here you can find the current prices for our services, to see what you need to count with. Individual customers filing their first translation request to us have to deposit an amount of 50% of the estimated translation costs, min. 50 Euro. This amount will be offset against the final invoice amount once the translation will be ready.

The minimum price is 40,00 € excl. VAT (47,60 € incl. VAT) per order plus any further expenses (e.g. stamps, certification etc.). The prices per standard line shown above are the minimum prices and can be adjusted depending on the complexity of the text (readability, special terminology etc.). To receive a binding offer for the price per standard line please send us 1-3 pages of your potential order via e-mail or fax.
For the optional certification of the completeness and correctness of the translation by a sworn translator admitted by a Higher Regional Court in Germany an additional 0,07 €/line, VAT is levied, the minimum price for the certification is 5,90 Euro excl. VAT (7,02 € incl. VAT) per document.
If you need a certification for use outside of the EU, we can obtain either an apostille from the court, which has jurisdiction over the translator, who prepared your translation, or – depending on the country – a certification by a notary public. A flat fee of 80,00 € excl. VAT (95,20 € incl. VAT) will be charged to you for each language/ translator involved, plus the fees of the court or notary public.
For a translation from a language other than German into a language other than German or for an urgent order we charge an additional fee of 20% of the final invoice amount, but in any case not less than 20 € excl. VAT (23,80 € incl. VAT).
The 20% of the additional fee is cumulative for each case (i.e. different languages: 20% + express order 20% = 40% of total additional fee).
For express orders after 8pm, during week-ends and public holidays an additional fee of 50% will be charged on top, but not less than 50 € excl. VAT (59,50 € incl. VAT).
The prices in the table are per standard line (55 signs incl. spaces).
Interpreting
(depending on the direction of interpretation and the complexity of service)
If the binding order is cancelled within two days or less before the agreed service time, a fee equal to 2 hours of service will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Day flat fees upon demand.
The above prices are per hour started excl. VAT. For interpreting services after 6pm and on Saturdays between 8am and 2pm an additional fee of 25% will be charged on top. For services during Sundays and public holidays an additional fee of 50% will be charged on top.
* – plus potential travel expenses: 0,42€/km (0,50 €/km incl. VAT), accomodation, meals and further expenses. The travel time is counted and charged as the service time.
** – you have an option to reserve an interpreter in advance for a certain period of time. The above price is valid for the duration of the interpreter’s stand-by time. Otherwise, the prices for the appropriate service will be charged.
